I grew up in a small town in Missouri with BIG dreams of becoming a professional dancer. I began dancing at the age of three and started competing nationally when I turned six! I was able to train with Trai Allgeier at POINT in Springfield, Missouri, and I owe my growth and knowledge to all of my mentors. Growing up, I was very involved in dance whether it was helping assist classes, choreographing for students, or sharing my love for dance throughout my life. From a young age, dance has enabled me to be free, feel emotion, and be unstoppable, unlike anything has ever made me feel. I wish to share my passion with others and keep growing in my art, thus why I wanted to continue my education throughout college.

I graduated as a Dance Performance major in 2019, from Oklahoma City University, and with this degree, not only has it helped me grasp new insights through pedagogy courses, acting, and arts management courses, but I have realized performing is where my heart will always be, and I aspire to be a remarkable performer and choreographer. Not only has my degree and skills given me the opportunity to perform in theme parks such as Six Flags Over Texas and Cedar point, but I have gained knowledge from choreographers from all over the nation in a professional setting.

It's 2021, and I am so excited that I was given the chance to perform for the first time this year since covid on pointe at The State Fair of Texas! I am also ecstatic to be working as administrative assistant, teaching classes, and choreographing competition routines at a local dance studio in Oklahoma. Not only am I gaining knowledge of the business of how a dance studio works, but I get to work and create with amazing people that share the same love for dance as I do!
